Born and raised in Phoenix, I decided to move to the Downtown because I’ve always loved big metropolitan cities like New York, Chicago, San Francisco and London, the only problem is, I really love the relaxed lifestyle that Phoenix has to offer.  I always thought if you could put one of those cities here in the Valley, I know I’d be at home.  Well, as you probably know, Mayor Phil Gordon and the current City Counsel are behind the redevelopment of Downtown Phoenix so I was more than happy to jump on the band wagon and move Downtown.

I have strong marketplace expertise with an objective to work diligently in assisting you to meet all your real estate needs. Although enjoy specializing urban real estate, I have experience in many areas of Arizona residential real estate, so I can help you find the right home anywhere in the Valley of the Sun.  As a Phoenix native, I am very knowledgeable of the marketplace and constantly preview new homes and resale homes to keep abreast of the real estate in the Greater Phoenix area. I also know how to properly price a home and I have a background in design and the latest architecture trends giving me the ability to assist you in seeing the importance of your real estate investment. Most importantly, I will always go the extra mile researching AZ real estate market values whether you are buying or selling a home.

I have unique intuition in negotiating and helping you understand not just the market but the other sides probably strategy.  This is helpful in understanding what offer to make or how to counter.
