Residence at the Grove
Residence at the Grove is a proposed four-story condo project to be built at the northeastern corner of 32nd Street and Glenrosa Ave, north of Indian School Road. Jonathan Larmore, CEO of Arciterra Group, says the individual units would be priced between $440,000 and $850,000.
"We like the fact that it is close in to the financial district - the area near between 24th Street and 44th Street on Camelback Road," he said. "It will provide an opportunity for families to have a close-in residence at a more reasonable price than some of the other condominium developments" says Larmore.
