The 44 Monroe High-rise Condominiums will be 34 stories with 202 units. Square footage will range from 780 to 4400 square feet.
44 Monroe was suppose to go on the auction block on April 15th, 2010, but a judge has delayed it because three creditors would rather see the project go into chapter 7 bankruptcy. In an auction, their leans will probably be wiped out and they'll get nothing. RooPho Realty is staying on top of this issue and will post more information as we get it.
